We ALL experience pressure packed in unique and confronting ways. But in every way, pressure presents itself as the Black Adam in the room (we give God praise for Dwayne) - tough, giant, a strong opponent, but ALSO not as BAD as it seems.

Pressure is the stage for breakthrough... and one I find myself on often. It's the arena where pain goes head to head with purpose and only one takes the ring home.

As I turn the pages on the history book of “me”, reflecting on seasons and moments of extreme pressure, I find my previous self standing on the field of life questioning and deciding who am I willing to be and what am I willing to do NOW to become who I want to be in the future.

Today's intention word for the Hustle + Soul: WILLING

Am I WILLING to pay the price for greatness?

Am I WILLING to step outside of my preference for the greater picture?

Am I WILLING to trust God even when it hurts?

Am I WILLING to push when I could easily retreat?

Am I WILLING to let go in faith when I could fight to control and fix?

Am. I. Willing...?

The Bible tells us that if we are WILLING and obedient we will eat the fruit of the land. Isaiah 1:19

Obedience speaks to aligned action, but willingness is about the HEART - the attitude.

I'm easily one of the most impressively stubborn people I've had the privilege of knowing, and without a doubt these words constantly challenge me. But when I lean into that inner "nevertheless not my will but Your will be done" I've been amazed at what can be accomplished in me, through me, and around me.
